Preparation and Integration: Your Growth Matters
Transformation doesn’t end when the retreat does. That’s why every experience at Resurgence includes a comprehensive pre-work course and post-integration support. Our "Becoming the One" pre-work course is a 4-week online program designed to help you break unhealthy patterns, deepen self-connection, and cultivate meaningful relationships. After your retreat, our integration support ensures you leave with an empowered community walking alongside you as you embrace your new path.

What We Offer
Our retreats include a wide range of holistic services designed to nurture physical, mental, and spiritual well-being:

• Optional Medicinal Mushroom Journeys: Guided by Colorado Law Proposition 122, we provide harm-reduction services and a safe, supportive environment for adults interested in exploring the healing potential of medicinal mushrooms. Participation in this journey is entirely optional.
• Sound Bath Ceremonies: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound.
• Yoga: Reconnect with your body through mindful movement.
• Chef-Prepared Cuisine: Nourish yourself with gourmet meals crafted to delight and heal.
• Counseling and Guidance: Receive personalized support from experienced facilitators.

Our retreats are held in South Park County, CO, which is 2 hours west of Denver. Shuttle service is included to and from the airport.

Men's Retreat- July 17th-20th. Save $400 on Early Bird Registration by May 1st. Registration Deadline is June 1st.
